Set against the stunning backdrop of one of the region's most beautiful venues, this special charity fundraiser promises an incredible evening filled with connection, entertainment, and impact. But this night is about more than just celebration.
It is about honouring the life and legacy of Myah — a brave young girl from the Orangeville community whose battle with Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), an aggressive and inoperable brain tumour, inspired countless people through her courage, strength, and spirit. Diagnosed in 2011 and given just months to live, Myah defied the odds and gifted her family more than three and a half precious years. Her journey became a powerful reminder of why paediatric brain tumour research matters so deeply. Myah passed away in 2015, but her legacy lives on through Team Myah’s Wings and the community that continues to fight for better outcomes for children facing brain cancer.
Today, Team Myah’s Wings continues to support the work of Meagan Bebenek Foundation, helping fund critical research and bringing hope to families walking a similar path.
All proceeds raised during this event help move research forward and bring us one step closer to better treatments, better outcomes, and more hope for children and families facing paediatric brain tumours.
